New EV Charger Installation – San Mateo, CA

Owens Electric & Solar recently completed a residential EV charger installation in San Mateo, providing the homeowner with fast, reliable charging at home.

For this project, we installed a new Hyundai / ChargePoint electric vehicle charger in the garage. Our team ran a dedicated 2-pole, 50-amp circuit from the existing 200-amp main electrical panel, routing the wiring safely under the house and into the garage in compliance with local electrical codes.

With the new Level 2 EV charger installed, the homeowner no longer needs to wait in line at public charging stations and can now charge conveniently and efficiently at home.
